PLEDGE MANAGER OPEN: COMPLETE YOUR PLEDGE NOW

Hello, terraformers!

Your response during the first few hours has been fantastic. Most of the backers who received the Smoke Test haven't had any issues. Everything is fine in the latest one. We've decided not to delay it any further and to open the Pledge Manager.


PLEDGE MANAGER IS OPEN!

All invitations have been sent. Backers will receive an email with an invite link. Note that it will be sent to the same e-mail you used to pledge. Don’t forget to check your email folders (spam and promotions folders too; just in case)!

NOTE: Backers who have chosen to pay in installments will not receive an invitation to the pledge manager until they have completed their payments.

In the Pledge Manager, backers will be able to:

  • Step up the pledge level. You can "Switch the pledge level" (link at Pledge Manager main screen) This includes all stretch goals and rewards only for the difference.
  • Select the language of the rewards.
  • Choose any add-ons. Take a look for the special offer. This include not only most of the items from Terraforming Mars TTRPG crowdfunding, but unique bundles from our other games too! Take a look.
  • Indicate the address and pay shipping fees. Get to the last step, fill in you address (and save it) to update shipping costs.

When you enter the pledge manager
Once you enter, there are important information that will be displayed in the survey (before language selection). Take a look to the initial steps!

Complete the survey will help us with fulfillment
Please complete it as soon as possible. This will help us plan the fulfillment process. Regular orders will be locked and charged two or three days after you complete the The Pledge Manager will stay open during the next months (for address changes, pledge enhancement and any support requests you may have).

Custom names add-ons
There are still a few available, but only a few remain. If you'd like to name settlements, NPCs, and other items in the board game after your name, these are just a few left!

Later, when the authors have made more progress, we'll contact all backers who have reserved a custom name.

¡Hola, terraformadores!

Vuestra respuesta durante las primeras horas ha sido genial. La mayoría de los mecenas que han recibido el Smoke test no han tenido ninguna incidencia. Todo está correcto en el último. Hemos decidido no retrasarlo más y abrir el Pledge Manager. 


¡EL PLEDGE MANAGER ESTÁ ABIERTO!

Todas las invitaciones han sido enviadas. Los mecenas recibirán un correo electrónico con un enlace de invitación. Ten en cuenta que se enviará al mismo correo electrónico que utilizaste para tu aportación. No olvides revisar tus carpetas de correo electrónico (también las de spam y promociones, por si acaso).

NOTA: Los mecenas que hayan elegido el pago a plazos no recibirán la invitación al pledge manager hasta que hayan completado sus pagos.

En el Pledge Manager, los mecenas podréis:

  •  Subir el nivel de aportación. Puedes «Cambiar el nivel de compromiso» («Switch the pledge level») pinchando en el enlace en la pantalla principal del Pledge Manager (bajo el botón). Todas las recompensas y metas desbloqueadas solo pagando la diferencia.
  • Seleccionar el idioma de las recompensas.
  • Elegir los extras (add-ons). Echa un vistazo a la oferta especial.
  • Introducir la dirección y pagar los gastos de envío. Llega al último paso, introduce tu dirección (y guárdala) para actualizar los gastos de envío.

Al entrar en el Pledge Manager
Una vez que entres, hay información importante que se mostrará en la encuesta (antes de la selección de idioma). ¡Echa un vistazo a los pasos iniciales!

Completar el pledge manager nos ayudará con la producción y entrega
Por favor, completa todo antes posible. Esto nos ayudará a planificar el proceso de producción y entrega. Los pedidos se bloquearán y se cobrarán dos o tres días después de que completes todos los pasos. no obstante, el pledge manager permanecerá abierto durante los próximos meses (para los cambios de dirección, aumentos de nivel de pledge y cualquier solicitud de asistencia que puedas tener).

Custom names add-ons (nombres personalizados)
Todavía hay algunos disponibles, pero quedan pocos. Si quieres dar tu nombre a asentamientos, PNJ y otras cosas del juego de mesa, ¡últimas unidades!

Más adelante, cuando los autores avancen algo más, nos pondremos en contacto con todos los mecenas que han reservado un nombre personalizado.

Once we've landed on Mars, construction of the settlement is moving along smoothly. The Pledge Manager is just around the corner. So stay tuned for the next important information.


PLEDGE MANAGER WILL OPEN SOON

All internal tests have been passed. We expect that Pledge Manager will open likely next week. All backers will receive an invitation email to enter, choose the language of their rewards, and be able to step up the pledge level, get more add-ons, indicate your shipping address and pay the shipping cost (shipping fees will update automatically when the address is completed and saved).

Also, exclusive offers from our past projects will be available to our backers!

More information will come just before the opening of the Pledge Manager. 

But before that, there is a last test we have to do to be sure that everything works correctly: the smoke test.


SMOKE TEST IS RUNNING NOW

The Smoke Test has started today.

What is the Smoke Test?
This is a final blind test in which a small percentage of random backers get an invitation to the Pledge Manager. These backers are responding the surveys and completing their pledge manager as normal. If any issue is detected, or something is not easy to understand, it will be compiled and corrected before everyone is invited to the Pledge Manager. After this period, everything will be ready and the Pledge Manager will be definitely open for everyone.

If you received a survey invitation email, please enter the Pledge Manager and complete all steps as soon as possible. In case you detect something wrong in any step, please email us to [email protected]. We will try to solve it immediately. Your feedback at this point is very helpful.

If you did not received a survey invitation at the moment, don not worry. It is just you are not part of the Smoke Test (please check you inbox, spam, promotions folders just in case). 

The Smoke Test will be conduced during 7 - 10 days. After that, if everything goes well, the Pledge Manager and Late Pledges will open.

Una vez que hemos tomado tierra sobre Marte, la construcción del asentamiento avanza sin contratiempos. El Pledge Manager está a la vuelta de la esquina. Así que estén atentos a la próxima información importante.


EL PLEDGE MANAGER ABRIRÁ PRONTO

Todo está listo y ya se han superado varias pruebas internas. Esperamos que en una semana aproximadamente recibáis una invitación por correo electrónico para entrar en el Pledge Manager y completar las encuestas. Podrás elegir el idioma de tus recompensas, obtener más extras y complementos (add-ons) listados e introducir tu dirección de envío (los gastos de envío se actualizarán automáticamente cuando se completa y guarda la dirección).

Además, ¡nuestros mecenas tendrán acceso a ofertas exclusivas de nuestros proyectos anteriores!

Habrá más información justo antes de la apertura del Pledge Manager.

Pero antes, hay una última prueba que debemos realizar para asegurarnos de que todo funciona correctamente: la Smoke Test.

EL SMOKE TEST YA ESTÁ EN MARCHA

El test ha comenzado hoy.

¿Qué es el Smoke Test?
Se trata de una última prueba a ciegas en la que un pequeño porcentaje de mecenas elegido aleatoriamente reciben una invitación al Pledge Manager. Estos mecenas responden a las preguntas y completan su aportación con normalidad. Si se detecta algún problema, o algo no es fácil de entender, se recopilará y corregirá antes de invitar a todo el mundo al Pledge Manager. Después de este periodo, todo estará listo y el Pledge Manager estará definitivamente abierto para todos.

Si has recibido un correo electrónico de invitación, entra en el Pledge Manager y completa todos los pasos lo antes posible. En caso de que detectes algún error en algún paso, envíanos un correo electrónico a [email protected]. Intentaremos solucionarlo inmediatamente. Tus comentarios en este punto son muy útiles.

Si por el momento no has recibido una invitación para participar en la encuesta, no te preocupes. Es solo que no has sido elegido para este test (por favor, revisa tu bandeja de entrada, spam y promociones por si acaso). 

El Smoke Test se llevará a cabo durante 7 - 10 días a contar desde hoy. Después, si todo va bien, se abrirá definitivamente el Pledge Manager y los Late Pledges (aportaciones tardías).

The Pledge Manager and Late Pledges

Pledge Manager
We are preparing the Pledge Manager., to be opened after the funs are collected. This usually takes a few weeks to be set, tested and approved (2 - 3 weeks), but we hope to have everything ready as soon as possible. Through the Pledge Manager, you will be able to:

  • Increase your pledge level (paying only the difference).
  • Add any add-ons from those available.
  • Provide your address and pay the shipping cost.
  • Select the language for your rewards.

Late Pledges
Once the Pledge Manager is open, late pledges will also be accepted. This means those who missed the campaign will still have a chance to join in, though prices may vary from the original campaign.

Soon more information regarding the next steps. Stay tuned to Backerkit emails during the collecting funds period.

El Pledge Manager y Late pledges

Pledge manager (gestor de aportaciones)
Estamos preparando el Pledge Manager para que esté disponible una vez que se hayan recogido los fondos de los mecenas. Normalmente, tarda unas semanas en configurarse, probarse y aprobarse (de 2 a 3 semanas), pero esperamos tener todo listo lo antes posible. Con el Pledge Manger podrás:

  • Aumentar tu nivel de aportación (pagando solo la diferencia).
  • Añadir cualquier Add-on que quieras.
  • Introducir tu dirección y pagar los gastos de envío.
  • Selecciona el idioma de tus recompensas.

Late Pledges (aportaciones tardías)
Una vez que el Pledge Manager esté abierto para los mecenas, también se abrirá la posibilidad de realizar aportaciones tardías. Esto significa que quienes se perdieron la campaña aún tendrán la oportunidad de participar, aunque los precios y condiciones variarán con respecto a la campaña original.
